Star Fleet 2010

You know I’m really tired of real estate agents, especially Fitzpatrick. When we got told we where to vacate we made arrangements supposedly to get the place cleaned by them, we paid extra on our rent plus the bond to get the place cleaned.. Instead they never did it ring us and go ‘why is the place a mess’ then of course they start bitching over the fact that the place needs work done to it.

We lived there 10 years, and in 10 years we complained left right and center about the state of that place, the Shag carpet which was lifting at the corners, was a bitch to clean and of course really needed replacing, the stove that did not work properly, the marks on the walls.. the blinds we complained about it all.. It is on NUMERIOUS inspection reports that we where not happy about it.. Did they bother checking those reports? no instead they try and say we did it.

I find it a joke that we can pull up the documents from when Chris moved into the place which show she noted down ‘issues’ with it all and yet they still blame us! I swear they try and bill us for half that shit I’ll happly take them to the bonds commishion Pete, Jas, Denis, Craig, Jay, Marg etc all know the state that place.

I’m so sick of Fitzpatrick trying to fob their job off, We reported everything, we also talked to the front desk about cleaning.. our 420 bond plus an extra 100 for cleaning, they said yep fine they’d do it the next day.. did they do it? NO.

I mean christ, they try and hit us up again for the lino that got burnt, which we already paid. They claim that the tiles are our fault even though the damned things fell off themselves and the owner never fixed. Add to that they try and blame us for the fact that there isn’t a deadbolt on the back door .. which has never had one. I’m sooo sick of this shit.

The stuipid fucks needs to read their files… cause I ain’t gonna stand by it.
