Star Fleet 2010

Hey here’s the start of the unpacking These are pictures of the house.. I have actually gotten around to labeling them finally! shock and horror right. Anyway the moves been arlight, the stains etc are that stains but that’s alright were gonna strip off the paint before long if we can get the cash and repaint the entire house..

This = 200% better then sunday!! I broke down on sunday at the state of the house, between Pete, Mum, Dad, Me and Bub we got a shit load done and the house has come up a ton better. All that is left now is unpacking and beginning to make the place a home.

Anyway Should get back tpo unpacking now it’s cooling off.

Well less then a day until it starts, this may be one of the last posts I do guys for a short while, I will try and keep you updated on the move and everything, as I can.

Well in 3 days time I won’t have net access for a short while except what I get around my parents place.. But I figured I’d start blogging the move. So far over the last month I’ve been boxing stuff, and of course that makes doing vacuming a bit hard.. so anyway here are the photo’s of the area around my desk.. Including Pete.

Had fun with telstra today.. people are morons I swear. over an hour getting the DSL sorted out anyway Power on at the new place, Phone turning on.. DSL within 4 working days.. Tonight, Tomorrow and Friday night sleep.. Then two cats and me plus a bunch of other stuff goes moving.

Well there are less and less days to go..

Every day brings it closer to the day that we leave here and head down south to vic.. or rather west.. seems it’s more west then south to get where we are going… It’s weird you know I KNOW it’s the better thing.. I know that in the long run it’s the best thing for us.. But at the same time it’s going to be hard when the days come.. each day seems to bring another packed box.. and each day seems to drive home another nail of me knowing that there will be no more late night visits from craig just wanting a chat to pass the time.. or to watch a movie or something.. No more Pete dropping in willy nilly just to say hi or to help us out .. and No more Jas coming round for face to face gaming..

Oh I know I’ll still be able to game, that’s what Fantasy Grounds II is for.. But at the same time I.. already know I’m going to miss them. Craig was the first real person other then chris I got to know, he was the only one who really didn’t care what I was like those first christmas’s.. he was the one who I could go and chat to about issues that I’d not want to talk with others over and the one I shared the intrest of the stars and the like with .. in other words he’s the longest damned friend I’ve had here.

Jas is gonna be just as hard, I’ve known jas as long as I’ve known craig.. Jas was my first friend down at the RGA, he was the one who ran the first D&D game I sat in here.. And he was the one who never questioned that I could run a damned good game.. He’s been the one person out of many who’s never ‘forgot’ I existed from that time.. Always coming round even when we don’t game.. just I guess to spend time. And you know what I’m gonna miss glancing out the window and realising that he’s turned up with out even telling me.

And Pete well pete’s been like my best friend now since we first went to tafe togeather.. He’s the one who’s helped me out when I got ill, taken me to mum and dad’s and everything.. Even when it’s been an inconvenance to him.

*sighs* I.. am gonna miss them all, but that’s life isn’t it.. a series of good byes.. I don’t want to say good bye.. but I know I have to… but fuck i’m gonna miss them.
